About the Event

Join us as we will discuss referral pathways that support our Human Services Nonprofits in Loudoun County and spend time networking with our community partners.

The first half of each session will be dedicated to discussion around community topics and developing relationships with other Loudoun County partners.

The second half of each session will be orientation for new and interested partners hoping to learn more about the Unite Us Platform, the work happening in Loudoun County, and how to get involved.
