About the Event

Please join us for a Unite Nevada Information Session to learn more about the coordinated care network rolling out across Nevada. Unite Nevada is a coordinated care network, which allows organizations to send and receive secure electronic referrals, track outcomes, improve community health, and wrap-around social services by connecting individuals to more resources. Joining the network is free of cost for most community-based and nonprofit organizations across the state.
