Join us to learn how we connect community based organizations, corporations and communities across the state of Florida & Georgia. Unite Us connects health and social care providers to improve the health of our neighbors. Wouldn't you like to refer your clients to local providers with the click of a button? Are you tired of outdated referral lists? The Unite Us team is here to work with you, the providers, to connect our neighbors to all of the services they need in the community.
