We want to ensure that you all can leverage the data at your fingertips in Unite Us. Join us for our Data for IMPACT workshop on Thursday, September 28th from 10-11am. We will walk through the two dashboards active Unite Us partners receive at no cost.The Community Organization Dashboard drills down to the organization level so you can better understand:
- Who your clients are.
- What services they are seeking, and if they’re seeking multiple services.
- Whether clients have received the services they requested.
- How organizations within the network or within a certain geographic area serve the needs of your clients.
The Health Equity Dashboard gives you network-level data that you can use to:
- Explore the various factors contributing to differences in outcomes between demographic groups.
- Analyze whether you can improve current approaches and interventions to ensure equitable access to services.
- Explore ways to bridge health and social care gaps.
- Drive positive change and impact in social and systematic structures.
